ISL continues to grow with the hiring of four talented professionals, solidifying its position as Atlantic Canada’s largest and most experienced web marketing & development firm.

“The company has seen steady growth for the past 5 years and I am thrilled to welcome Stephanie, Susan, Murray and Jody on board,” says Malcolm Fraser, President of ISL “The projects and clients we are winning are larger and more diverse.  By attracting qualified professionals, ISL is better able to serve these clients throughout the lifecycle of their web assets; from strategies to design, development and marketing.”

Stephanie McGrath joins the ISL team in the role of business analyst. She returns to Halifax after building an impressive portfolio in Toronto. As a writer and editor with MSN Canada, AOL Canada and Canoe, Stephanie is an expert in delivering fresh and exciting content for the web. With 10 years of web journalism experience Stephanie ensures content and strategy are on message and optimized for the web.

Susan Arbing also joins as a business analyst with a strong technical background. She has over 10 years of experience designing enterprise applications and web-based systems. An education in library science has led to a successful career as an information architect working with fortune 500 companies in the gaming, learning, insurance and manufacturing industries.

Murray Etheridge is excited to join ISL as an Account Manager based in the new Moncton office: “I’m looking forward to managing business development,” Murray says “There is a real demand for expertise in internet marketing and web design in New Brunswick and PEI.” With ISL, Murray can combine his skills and experience in business, IT and sales.

Experienced public relations professional Jody MacArthur joins ISL in the role of Account Manager. Her ability to help clients represent their brand online stems from more than 10 years experience in marketing and communications. Jody is a founding Board member of Halifax’s first young professionals association, Fusion.

The new team collectively brings over 40 years of web-related experience to the company and complements the skill set of the existing team at ISL, adding to the solid base that the company has already established.
