The web usability audit is an objective evaluation based on best practices and known user behaviours. The evaluation looks at website navigation, content and writing, readability, page layout and consistency.
After the evaluation we provide a written report detailing all usability issues with recommendations for change:
- prioritized by severity
- what can be fixed right away
- what needs more scoping and planning for the long term
Web usability audits are valuable on their own, or prior to user testing, to clean up obvious problems that would distract testers from finding more significant usability issues.
